Recycling Against Russia
Recycling Against Russia is an activist movement using recycling to fight Russian imperialism. We organize recycling drives in the US. Profits from these drives are donated to Ukrainian units fighting against Russian aggression. Recycling Against Russia operates as a subset of Recycling for Justice, which recycles for humanitarian causes.

Q: What's the difference between raised and donated?
A: Raised is the total funds we've gathered, while donated is what's actually gone to Ukraine so far. Donations have to be made in bulk because of the impracticality of donating a few dollars or so every week. Don't worry, the money's still going to Ukraine, we just wait until we've accumulated a good amount. Any excess of donations is taken out of our board's personal funds; and any excess of raised funds will be taken care of shortly.
How can I help?
The number one way you can help us is by joining in on our recycling drives, recycling your bottles and cans, and then helping us pool those funds so we can donate directly to Ukraine!
However, there are other ways you can get involved too.
1. If you can't make it to our recycling drives, you can always recycle on your own and send us an update! We'll add your statistics to our total count. Everything's better when we work together!
2. If you know a local business, community center, or any other type of area that would be interested in chipping in, ask them if they would like to receive a recycling box! Recycling Against Russia provides recycling boxes so that local areas can start collecting as well!
3. Donate to Ukraine directly! Whether or not it's through us, another organization, or the Ukrainian government, donations are necessary to keep Ukraine fighting for its liberty!
